Originally built to condo quality, this four story 6-plex building built in 2008 traded multiple hands in the Great Recession. Our investor client acquired all six (6) units, with each unit consisting of two levels, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, large living room, and a separate laundry room. As Covid restrictions began, the client updated all CC&R’s, budgets, and required approvals to dispose of all units to individual owner-occupied buyers. Davide F. Pio of BCRE assisted in coordinating all parties, including attorneys, contractors, and lenders to successfully close out the project in a time when the market has been experience it’s difficulties.
